Eight of ALF’s trustees were friends and relations of Andy Lanes and the ninth, David Shinegold, works with the learning disabled, as do Ben and Tracy Lanes.   All of ALF’s trustees have visited Karachi and most have seen first hand the problems faced by those caring for special children in Pakistan.

 The trustees communicate on a regular basis to decide how ALF can best carry out its mission, to improve the quality of the lives of Pakistani children in need.
